No.Condition Text
1.The proposed extension of operating hours would, by reason of its location and relationship to nearby sensitive receptors, result in an unsatisfactory relationship by way of noise and disturbance which would be to the detriment of the amenity and living conditions of neighbouring occupiers at an unreasonable time of the day. The proposed development is therefore contrary to Policies DC61 and DC55 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD.
2.Insufficient information has been provided to demonstrate that the noise impacts of the proposed use during the proposed times would not cause adverse impacts to residential amenity taking into account the ambient noise levels at that time of the day.
3.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to the agent in writing 31/7/20.
