1.This permission shall be for a fixed period of nine months from the date that permission is granted on or before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control.
2.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice). Reason:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved.
3.If any part of the construction and maintenance of the structure requires access on or through land that forms part of the operational area of the M25 DBFO network access should be co-ordinated through Connect Plus Services who act as maintenance provider on behalf of Highways England for the M25. Reason:- To preserve the requirements of the continuous operational and maintenance needs of the M25 motorway. Access arrangements should be co-ordinated through juliet.umeibekwe@connectplusm25.co.uk
4.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraphs 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012.
