1. | This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 23/10/2020 on or before which date the opening hours hereby permitted shall be discontinued.
Reason:
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control. |
2. | Not withstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order 1987, as amended, the building hereby permitted shall be used solely as office, prayer/education and meeting/social facilities and for no other purpose(s) whatsoever including any other use in Class D1 of the Order, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:-
To restrict the use of the premises to one compatible with the surrounding area and to enable the Local Planning Authority to exercise control over future use not forming part of this application. |
3. | The premises shall not be used other than between the hours of 06:00 and 21:30 from October to February, 04:00 and 23:30 hours from March to October and between 04:00 and 00:30 during Ramadan.

4. | No amplified music or speech shall be relayed on the site including within the building unless details and specifications of the equipment has first been submitted and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

5. | The use of the premises during the hours hereby permitted shall be in strict accordance with the measures set out in the accompanying Car Park Management Plan, produced by Mayer Brown, dated March 2018, unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.

6. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraphs 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2018. |
