| 1. | The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 07:00 and 22:00 on Mondays to Saturdays and the external areas shall not be used except between 09:00 and 21:30 Mondays to Fridays; and not at all on Sundays, Bank or Public holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

| 2. | The proposed windows in the eastern elevation shall be permanently glazed with obscure glass and thereafter be maintained to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.

| 3. | Within 3 months of the date of this decision, provision shall be made for the storage of refuse awaiting collection according to details which shall previously have been agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority, failing which the use of the premises shall cease.

| 4. | Within 3 months of the date of this decision cycle storage of a type and in a location previously submitted to and agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority shall be provided and permanently retained thereafter.

| 5. | No external lighting shall be installed unless a scheme has first been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The approved details shall be implemented in full prior commencement of the hereby approved development and permanently maintained in accordance with the approved details.
