| 1. | The proposed part single part two storey side / rear extension would, by reason of its excessive depth, height and position close to the boundary of the site, be an intrusive, overbearing and unneighbourly development resulting in a significant loss of outlook and an increased sense of enclosure to the detriment of the amenity enjoyed by the occupiers of No.1 Garland Way, Hornchurch contrary to Policies 7 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan and the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document. |
