| 2. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2018, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with Mr Stanworth (Agent) by phone and e-mail. The revisions involved outlined that the jet wash was being removed. The amendments were subsequently submitted on 06-08-20. |
| 3. | The applicant should note that separate planning consent may be required for the lighting column and security lighting on the side of the building. |
| 4. | A clear sign with instructions should be located near the charging points to indicate that the bays are reserved for those charging only. Please note that any such signs may be subject to further assessment under the Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007. |
