1.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice). Reason:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved.
2.The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 08:00 and 23:00 Monday to Saturday and 08:00 and 22:00 on Sundays, Bank/Public holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with the objectives of the Havering Local Plan 2016-2031 and NPPF.
3.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraphs 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012.
4.Please note that the hours hereby permitted extend to the use of the building only and not any associated external spaces. The planters/external seating which are in situ are unlawful and require separate planning consent. You are advised to remove the unlawful development or to seek separate consent for its retention and ongoing use. You may otherwise be subject to enforcement action.
