1.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and specifications. Reason:- The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted.
2.The lanterns of the external lighting hereby permitted shall be fitted with flat glasses and orientated to minimise glare which may be experienced by users of the adjacent highway and properties to the satisfaction of this Local Planning Authority. Reason:- In the interests of highway safety and amenity.
3.Unless otherwise agreed in writing by this Local Planning Authority, the buildings hereby permitted shall not be occupied until the area cross hatched in green on Plan No. 2932/34 I has been surfaced in materials to match the surfacing of the adjacent part of the development to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason:- In the interests of amenity.
4.The materials to be used for the external feature shown on Plan No. 2932.56A shall match those already approved for the main building. Reason:- In the interests of visual amenity.
5.INFORMATIVE 1: The dotted line annotated as "Limit of Adoption" on drawing No. 2932/34.I is incorrect. Reference must be made to the agreement made under Section 278 of the Highways Acts. INFORMATIVE 2: A landscaping scheme will need to be agreed separately under the terms of Condition 13 of planning permission No. P1047.94.
