| 1. | The removal of conditional 7 whih would ensure that details setting out suitable gas protection measures to be employed on site is provided to be approved by the council including the submission of the verification report to confirm that the development was carried out accorddingly would not quarantee the protection of people on or close to the site from the risks associated with migrating landfill gas, in this regards the proposal would be contrary to policies 33 and 34 of the Local Plan 2021 and the guidelines of the NPPF. |
