1.The proposed development would, by reason of its height, bulk and mass close to the boundaries of the site, be an overbearing, intrusive and unneighbourly development as well as having an adverse effect on the living conditions of adjacent occupiers, particularly No. 48 Brook Road, contrary to the Supplementary Design Guidance (Residential Extensions and Alterations) of the Havering Unitary Development Plan and Policies DC61 and DC69 of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Submission Development Plan Document.
