1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. Also, in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
2. | The rear extension hereby permitted shall not be used as a place of worship other than on Fridays between 13:00 and 14:00 hours and for one hour on each day during the times of Ramadan, Eid and Haj, and at no other times.
Reason:
To protect the amenities of residents in the locality in accordance with Policy DC61 of the Core Strategy and Development Control Polices Development Plan Document and to accord with the lawful use of the remainder of the property. |
3. | The rear extension hereby permitted shall not be used for the purposes of an after-school or holiday club other than between the hours of 15:00 and 18:30 Mondays to Fridays during school term time and 08:00 and 18:30 on Monday to Friday during school holidays and not at all on Saturdays, Sundays, Bank or Public Holidays.
Reason:
To protect the amenities of residents in the locality in accordance with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Polices Development Plan Document and to accord with the lawful use of the remainder of the property. |
4. | The number of children accommodated within the premises as extended under this permission shall not exceed 12 at any one time.
Reason:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control and to avoid disturbance to adjoining residents, and that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61 and to accord with the lawful use of the remainder of the property. |
5. | No more than four children shall be allowed in the rear garden of the property at any one time.
Reason:
To protect the amenities of residents in the locality in accordance with Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Polices Development Plan Document and to accord with the lawful use of the remainder of the property. |
6. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraphs 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012. |
