| 1. | The proposal, in particular the hip to gable end roof conversion and rear dormer extension would significantly harm the architectural composition of the building and unbalancing the symmetrical aspect of the pair of semi-detached houses in a prominent position and appear as an unacceptable dominant and visually intrusive feature in the street scene and rear garden environment, contrary to the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document, policies D1, D3 and D4 of The London Plan (2021) and Policies 7 and 26 of the Local Plan. |
