| 2. | The proposed development, by reason of its configuration and height to the boundary of the site, does not provide for sufficient pedestrian visibility and as such would create would create highway safety issues contrary to the Supplementary Design Guidance (Residential Extensions and Alterations) and Policy DC34 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Plan Document. |
