| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004). |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 3. | There should be a maximum of 3 adults receiving care by up to 3/4 carers on a shift pattern basis.

To protect neighbouring amenity. |
| 4. | The property shall not be occupied by more than 3 residents at any given time and the maximum level of occupancy of each bedroom shall not exceed 1 person at any time.
Reason:- To maintain the level of occupancy in accordance with the proposed use for specialist accommodation and to maintain a level of occupancy similar to that of a single family dwellinghouse, in the interests of mitigating amenity impacts for neighbours and ensuring a quality of internal living spaces and amenity space for future occupants. |
| 5. | None of the ground floor rooms/spaces shall be used as bedrooms and shall only be used as communal areas available for the use of all occupiers.
Reason:- To maintain a satisfactory living condition for future occupiers. |
| 6. | Community Safety Informative
It is suggested that continual discussion takes place between the applicant and the Metropolitan Police Service Designing out Crime Officers (DOCOs) regarding the required recommendations and security standards for this application. Waste and recycling sacks will need to be presented by 7am on the boundary of the property, facing Henbane Path on the scheduled collection day |
