1.	The proposed side/rear extensions would, by virtue of its width, scale and mass lack subservience to the existing dwelling and appear incongruous, dominant and visually intrusive in the street scene, further closing the open space gap and unbalancing the semi-detached property contrary to policy DC61 of the London Borough of Havering Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD Adopted 2008 and the Adopted Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD 2011.
