| 2. | The proposed side and front extension would, by reason of its excessive height, bulk and position close to the front boundary of the site, be an intrusive and unneighbourly development, as well as having an adverse effect on the amenities of surrounding occupiers, contrary to Policy ENV1 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan. |
