| 1. | The proposal would result in disproportionate number of car parking spaces, for the application site, contrary to policies seeking to minimise car parking provision as set out in policy T6.1 of the London Plan to ensure appropriate and realistic number of car parking spaces provided. The proposed development would be contrary to policies , set out in PolicyT1 of the London Plan, to promote sustainable transport with particular emphasis to modal shift away from reliance on private mode of transport. |
| 2. | The Council is concern that the cumulative impact of the provision of additional car parking spaces, including that already approved and the concurrent application would have an acceptable impact upon the health of the trees and the biodiversity of the site. In the absence of such information to indicate the impact of all resulting three garages, it is feared that the proposed structure, would potentially adversely affected and damaged the ecology and biodiversity of the habitat of the site as well as potential damage to the trees with high amenity value. In these regards the proposal is contrary to policies 26 (Urban design), Policy 27 (Landscaping), Policy 30 (Biodiversity and geodiversity), and the advice in National Planning Policy Framework which seek minimising impact upon trees and protect geo diversity and biodiversity of the site. |
