| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 2. | The subdivision of the building to form four separate units, as shown on the approved plans, shall be retained in accordance with the approved plans. No further subdivision of any of the four units hereby retained shall take place without the prior grant of planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:
To ensure that the development is retained in accordance with the approved scheme and in the interests of proper planning. |
| 3. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with the agent via emails at various times, mainly regarding the description of development to omit the use of the units. The amendments were subsequently submitted on 18/08/2026. |
| 4. | This permission relates solely to the retention of the physical subdivision of Brooklands house to form four separate units, as shown on the approved plans. It does not grant planning permission for, or otherwise authorise, any particular use of Units A, B, C or D. The lawfulness or planning status of the existing or proposed uses of the individual units does not form part of this permission and would need to be considered separately, where applicable. |
