| 1. | This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 16th September 2028 or within 1 month of the permanent replacement base station at Victor Court becoming fully operational, whichever is the sooner, on before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued, the structures, buildings and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:
The installation is harmful to visual and residential amenity. However, the need for mobile coverage to be maintained justifies a temporary retention whilst the permanent provision is secured. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 3. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with the agent, via emails. The revisions involved providing justifications for the proposals. The amendments were subsequently submitted on 09/09/2026. |
