| 1. | The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than three years from the date of this permission.
Reason:-
To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004). |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 3. | The replacement parabolic dishes, brackets, and associated fixtures hereby approved shall be constructed and finished in a colour, surface texture, and material matching the existing telecommunications equipment and support tower on site, and shall be permanently maintained as such thereafter.
Reason:-
To safeguard the appearance of the premises and the character of the immediate area, in accordance with local design and telecommunications policies. |
| 4. | Once the proposed 4 x 0.9m dishes hereby approved have been installed, the four existing 0.6m dishes shall be completely removed from the mast/lighting tower and site compound.
Reason:-
To prevent the cluttering of the existing structure and to safeguard visual amenity. |
| 5. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| 6. | All delivery, installation, and maintenance vehicles associated with the works must remain fully within the operational site compound boundary of Upminster Depot at all times to prevent obstruction to the surrounding public highway. |
| 7. | The applicant is reminded of the requirement to ensure that all operational telecommunications equipment strictly complies with current ICNIRP (International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection) public exposure guidelines. |
