| 1. | The proposed side dormers , both on their own and as viewed cumulatively with the raising of the roof and front dormer, would by reason of their design, scale and bulk at roof level, occupy an unacceptably large area of the roof slopes and appear as a visually intrusive and incongruous development which would be harmful to the character of the street scene and the appearance of the building, contrary to Policies 7 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan and Havering's Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD. |
