| 1. | The proposed development, by reason its design in combination with its visual prominence, would result in the loss of visual permeability to the front of the host dwelling and form an incongruous and visually intrusive feature within the street scene that would be at odds with the established character of the surrounding area and detrimental to the wider street scene, contrary to Policy 27 of the Havering Local Plan, Policy D4 of the London Plan and the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document. |
