1.The application for a variation of a condition planning consent incorporates development that falls outside the scope of the original application P0378.15 and therefore the application must be refused. The submitted plans include the subdivision of the site into two plots of land, the creation of a tarmacked access road, the erection of various outbuilding (that appear to be in a commercial use) and a new garden wall which is substantial development that is outside the scope of development considered under P0378.15 and requires consideration under a new planning application. The submitted plans inaccurately represents the description outlined on the application form and includes substantial development that is required to be considered under a new planning application.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to Contour Architectural Designs via email on 5th August 2020.
