1. | The proposed external stacking racks, by reason of their height, bulk and mass, appear as an unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive feature in the streetscene harmful to the appearance of the surrounding area, as well as having a significant adverse impact on the character and openness of the Green Belt to the east of the site, contrary to Policy G2 of the London Plan and Policies 7 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan. |
2. | The proposed external stacking racks, to the southern boundary bordering Dominion Way would, by reason of its position and proximity to neighbouring properties cause an overbearing impact and loss of outlook, which would have a serious and adverse effect on the living conditions of adjacent occupiers 27 Dominion Way, contrary to Policy 7 of the Havering Local Plan. |
