| 1. | The proposed extensions would, by reason of its excessive depth, bulk, height and position close to boundaries, appear as a dominant and intrusive development that would be out of character within the rear garden scene and result in amenity impacts to adjacent occupiers such as a sense of overbearing development, sense of enclosure, overshadowing, and loss of access to sunlight/daylight, contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD and the Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD 2011. |
