No.Condition Text
1.The proposed side dormers and front and rear hip-to-gable roof conversion, particularly when viewed cumulatively with the existing side dormers to each dwelling would, by reason of their design, scale and bulk at roof level and degree of prominence in the wider street scene, appear as a visually intrusive and incongruous development which would be materially out of scale and character with the host dwellings and out of keeping with the character of neighbouring property, harmful to the character of the street scene and the appearance of the building, contrary to Policies 7 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan and Havering's Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to the agent via email.
