1. | The external seating area shall not be used later than 22:00 on Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 on Friday and Saturday.
Reason: To prevent noise nuisance to adjoining properties. |
2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. 3. | No amplified music or speech shall be played or reproduced in the external seating area
hereby approved at any time.

4. | The seating within the external seating area hereby approved shall be removed from the pavement between the hours of 22:00 and 10:00 (the following morning) on Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 and 10:00 (the following morning) on Friday and Saturday.

5. | The Applicant is advised that this decision grants planning consent only. Separate consent will need to be obtained under the Highways Act and Licensing.
