| 1. | The external seating area shall not be used later than 22:00 on Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 on Friday and Saturday.

| 4. | The seating within the external seating area hereby approved shall be removed from the pavement between the hours of 22:00 and 10:00 (the following morning) on Sunday to Thursday and 23:00 and 10:00 (the following morning) on Friday and Saturday.
