| 2. | The Warwick Lane access hereby approved shall only be used for vehicles exiting the site and turning right to head east along Warwick Lane. No left turns out of the site shall take place.

| 3. | Prior to first use of the access hereby approved, vegetation within a 4.5m x 65m visibility splay from the junction shall be cut back to a maximum height of 0.6m within the splay and thereafter be maintained.

To ensure adequate sight line in the interests of highway safety. |
