| 1. | The proposed development, by reason of its location on the side boundary, bulk, mass and cramped appearance would be an unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive feature in the street scene harmful, resulting in a combination of extensions that overwhelm and are out of proportion to the original dwelling, detrimental to the appearance of the surrounding area contrary to Havering's Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and Policies 7 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan. |
