1.The proposed development, by reason of its location on the side boundary, bulk, mass and cramped appearance would be an unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive feature in the street scene harmful, resulting in a combination of extensions that overwhelm and are out of proportion to the original dwelling, detrimental to the appearance of the surrounding area contrary to Havering's Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and Policies 7 and 26 of the Havering Local Plan.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to Mr Waseem (Agent) by e-mail on 25-07-22.
