| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted. Also, in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
| 2. | The permission hereby granted shall be for a limited period only, expiring on 30 September 2018, by which the use of the temporary buildings shall be discontinued. Within six months of this date the temporary buildings shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition, or as otherwise approved, to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control, to ensure that the planning permission granted is temporary in nature and to comply with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
| 3. | The applicant shall maintain an appropriate provision of car parking spaces, for staff, at nearby facilities/car parks. This application has been assessed on the basis of car parking being provided elsewhere, for 28 vehicles, during the period to which the classroom block would occupy the School car park. It is considered important that the applicant maintains such a provision off-site as staff vehicles on the nearby residential roads could potentially give rise to impacts on highway safety and efficiency which have not been assessed and could be deemed unacceptable. |
| 4. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraphs 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012. |
