| 1. | The proposed front extension, by reason of its bulk and massing forms a dominant and visually intrusive feature, which in turn would have an awkward relationship with the existing bay window structure to the detriment of the character and appearance of the host property and visual amenity of the streetscene contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document, the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and Policy 7.4 of the London Plan. |
