| 1. | Insufficient information has been provided to demonstrate that the proposed variation to the approved acoustic fence and gate would achieve the necessary level of noise attenuation to protect the amenity of neighbouring residential properties. In the absence of detailed specifications regarding the materials, construction and acoustic performance of the barrier, the Local Planning Authority cannot be satisfied that the development would comply with policies 7 and 34 of the Local Plan 2021, policies D13 and D14 of the London Plan and the NPPF. |
