1.The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than five years from the date of this permission. Reason:- To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The premises shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted before 08.30 hours, nor after 23.00 hours Mondays to Thursdays and on Sundays, and 24.00 hours on Fridays and Saturdays Reason: In the interest of amenity.
3.The development shall not begin until a scheme for protecting the first floor dwelling from sound transmission has been submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority, the approved scheme to be permanently retained thereafter and no food shall be sold from the premises until all the approved works have been carried out. Reason: In the interest of amenity.
4.Before the use commences suitable equipment to remove and/or disperse odours and odourous material should be fitted to the extract ventilation system in accordance with a scheme to be approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Thereafter, the equipment shall be properly maintained and operated during normal working hours. Reason: To protect the amenity of occupiers of nearby premises.
5.Before the use commences a scheme to control the transmission of noise and vibration from any mechanical ventilation system installed shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, shall be implemented prior to the permitted use commencing, and shall be permanently maintained thereafter to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority Reason: To protect the amentiy of occupiers of nearby premises.
6.Before the use commences, a waste management scheme shall be submitted to and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority. The scheme, which shall thereafter be permanently maintained, shall include details of the method and location of refuse storage, together with arrangements for refuse disposal. All refuse shall be properly stored or deposited elsewhere unless previously agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Reason: To protect the amenity of ocupiers of nearby premises.
