| 1. | The proposal by reason of its scale, bulk, atypical layout and configuration would fail to satisfactorily integrate with the host building and consequently it would seriously compromise the original architectural composition of the building detrimental to the visual amenity of the locality. In this respect the proposal would be contrary to Policy DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD and the advice given in the National Planning Policy Framework 2019. |
