| 1. | The area set aside for car parking shall be retained permanently for the accommodation of vehicles visiting the site in connection with its residential occupation and business use and shall not be used for any other purpose.
Reason:-
To ensure that car parking accommodation is made permanently available to the standards adopted by the Local Planning Authority in the interest of highway safety, and that the development accords with the Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC33. |
| 2. | The premises shall not be used for the business purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 9:00 and 14:00 on Monday to Friday, 19:00 and 20:00 on Monday to Thursday, 08:00 and 14:00 on Saturday and not at all on Sundays or Bank Holidays without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

| 3. | The number of pupils attending each swimming class shall not exceed 6 at any one time.
