Reason:- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity, and in order that the development accords with Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy DC61. |
| 2. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with para 186-187 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2012, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with Ms Goldie Teoh on the telephone on 14th July 2017. The revisions involved reducing the opening hours from 24:00 (midnight) to 23:00. The amendments were subsequently submitted via email on 14th July 2017. |
