| 1. | The proposed box dormers to the front roof slope would, by reason of their bulk and design, appear incongruous and obtrusive, to the detriment of the character and appearance of the bungalow, and to the streetsscene, contrary to the provisions of Policy ENV1 of the Havering Unitary Development Plan. The said dormers would, furthermore, materially harm visual amenity, contrary to Policy ENV1. |
