| 1. | The proposed development would, by reason of the failure to provide adequate car parking spaces, result in unacceptable overspill onto the adjoining roads to the detriment of highway safety and residential amenity and contrary to Policies DC32 and DC33 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD. |
| 2. | The proposed use, by reason of noise and disturbance caused by customers entering and leaving the premises, vehicles parking and manoeuvring, plant, machinery and general cooking activities, particularly during the evening, would be detrimental to the amenities of the occupiers of nearby residential properties, contrary to Policies DC55 and DC61 of the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document. |
