| 1. | This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 30th September 2002 on or before which date the buildings and works carried out under this permission shall be removed and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason- In view of the temporary nature of the building and in the interest of visual amenity, and to enable the Local Authority to retain control. |
