1.The proposed development would, by reason of its design in relation to the remainder of the terrace, the roof form and prominent siting of the dwelling fully forward of the existing building line to Fargus Avenue, be unacceptably dominant and visually intrusive at this junction, adversely impacting on the visual amenity and character of the streetscene, contrary to Policies DC3 and DC61 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD, the SPD on Residential Design and, as relevant, SPD on Residential Extensions and Alterations.
