| 1. | The development shall be begun no later than three years from the date of the planning permission P1410.24 dated, 10/03/2025.
Reason; to comply with the provisions of section 91 of the Town and Country planning Act 1990 (as amended) |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).
Reason:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved. |
| 3. | The development hereby permitted shall be implemented in accordance with details of the means of construction and colour/finish approved under planning permission Q0064.25 dated 21-05-25 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority. The development shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details and shall thereafter be retained.
Reason:-
To ensure that the appearance of the proposed development will harmonise with the character of the surrounding area. |
| 4. | The additional facilities hereby approved shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 07.00 and 22.30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 and 22:30 Saturdays and Sundays and at no other time without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity. |
| 5. | The external lighting hereby approved shall not be used for the purposes hereby permitted other than between the hours of 07.00 and 22.30 Monday to Friday and 08:00 and 22:30 Saturdays and Sundays and at no other time. The floodlighting shall be installed/operated strictly in accordance with the details submitted unless otherwise agreed with the Local Planning Authority.
Reason: To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control in the interests of amenity. |
| 6. | Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework. |
| 7. | The applicant is advised that this permission and the varied hours relate solely to the use of the padel courts and associated floodlighting and no other facilities (including clubhouse) which are controlled through P1317.11. |
