1.	The proposed extensions dormer would, by reason of its design, bulk and scale appear out of character with the existing dwelling and neighbouring properties. They would appear as a visually intrusive and overbearing form of development particularly from the perspective of neighbours rear gardens materially harmful to the character of the local area and the amenity of both attached neighbours contrary to Policies 7 & 26 of the Havering Local Plan and the Council's Residential Extensions and Alterations SPD (2011).
