1. | The proposed development would, by reason of the restricted plot size and positioning of the building close to the boundaries result in a cramped over-development of the site to the detriment of the character of the surrounding area contrary to Policy DC61 and DC69 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document. |
