1.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice). Reason:- For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the development is carried out as approved.
2.The use of the site for the dog walking business hereby permitted shall be operated strictly in accordance with the Noise Management Plan dated October 2025. The Noise Management Plan dated October 2025 shall thereafter be in use at all times. Reason:- To protect the amenity and living conditions of neighbouring properties with regard to noise and disturbance.
3.The use of the site for the dog walking business hereby permitted shall only be carried out between the following hours: 08:00 and 19:00 Monday to Friday 08:00 and 17:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Not at any time on Bank or Public Holidays. Reason:- To protect the amenity and living conditions of neighbouring properties with regard to noise and disturbance.
4.Landscaping adjoining the boundaries of the site shall be maintained in accordance with Drawing No. LC-2915-01 as previously approved under application Q0114.23. Reason:- To protect the amenity of neighbouring properties with regard to noise and disturbance.
5.Statement Required by Article 35(2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management) Order 2015: No significant problems were identified during the consideration of the application, and therefore it has been determined in accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework.
