As the area marked 'Tyre Changing Area' is not encompassed within this red line, it does not form part of this application. Rather, this assessment is based purely upon the 'Car and Parking Area' which falls within the application site. The existing and proposed floor plans provided clearly indicate the intended area for development and do not include the motorbike shop to the west.
Should the applicant require permission for any development/usage outside of the aforementioned application site, a subsequent submission should be made and the red line plan amended accordingly. |
