1.The proposed two storey side extension would, by reason of it depth, akward roof design, result in an incongurous addition to the host buuilding, would detract from the appearance of this, and adjacent, properties, and be detrimental to the amenities of neighbouring properties, contrary to Policy 26 of the local plan, the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and the London Plan 2021..
2.The proposed side and rear extension, by reason of excessive bulk and rearward projection, would be unduly obtrusive and overbearing, result in loss of light and overshadowing, and would be detrimental to the visual and residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjacent property, contrary to Policy 26 of the local plan, the Residential Extensions and Alterations Supplementary Planning Document and the London Plan 2021..
