1.The proposed dropped kerb would lead to loss of on-street parking spaces available to the local residents, and as such would have negative impact on vehicular flow and pedestrian safety. The development is therefore considered contrary to the principles of policy DC32 of the LDF Core Strategy and Development Control Policies DPD.
2.Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: Consideration was given to seeking amendments, but given conflict with adopted planning policy, notification of intended refusal and the reason(s) for it was given to Mr Solomon Ogunlana, by phone and email on 18/12/20 and 23/12/20.
