| 19. | Planning approval does not constitute approval for changes to the public highway. Highway Authority approval will only be given after suitable details have been submitted considered and agreed. If new or amended access as required (whether temporary or permanent), there may be a requirement for the diversion or protection of third party utility plant or highway authority assets and it is recommended that early involvement with the relevant statutory undertaker takes place. The applicant must contact Engineering Services on 01708 433751 to discuss the scheme and commence the relevant highway approvals process. Please note that unauthorised work on the highway is an offence. |

Please note that unauthorised work on the highway is an offence. |
| 21. | The developer is advised that if construction materials are proposed to be kept on the highway during construction works then they will need to apply for a license from the Council. Official Street Naming and Numbering will ensure that that Council has record of the property/properties so that future occupants can access our services. Registration will also ensure that emergency services, Land Registry and the Royal Mail have accurate address details. Proof of having officially gone through the Street Naming and Numbering process may also be required for the connection of utilities. For further details on how to apply for registration see:

| 24. | The proposed development would create a built footprint of 65m² at ground floor level and a further 45m² at first floor level, the combined amounts equate to 110m² which is resultant of 97m² gross internal floor areas. The total gross internal floor areas after deduction of the existing garage and kitchen area to be demolished (22.6m²) would result in 74.4m². The proposal would therefore be liable for Mayoral CIL rate of £20 per square metre as net additional floorspace which amounts to £20 x 74.4m² which equates to £1,488 CIL liability. This is subject to indexation so the final liability may differ. |

(c) Fairly and reasonably related in scale and kind to the development. |
