| 1. | The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans (as set out on page one of this decision notice).

| 2. | Statement Required by Article 35 (2) of the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015: In accordance with paragraph 38 of the National Planning Policy Framework 2019, improvements required to make the proposal acceptable were negotiated with the applicant and agent (Basil John & Steve Hyde) via email from 8th July 2020. The revisions/updated details involved amendments to the design of gates and railing to reflect as installed on site and providing details of how the ramp access will be accessible to all. The amendments were subsequently submitted on 21/08/2020 and 17/09/2020. |
| 3. | Within three months of the date of this decision, the proposed intercom buzzer system shall be installed at the gated entrance of the ramp access as indicated in the updated planning statement dated 17th September 2020. The access management system shall be permanently retained thereafter.
Reason:-
Insufficient information has been supplied with the application to judge how the site will be accessible to all. The installation of the system will ensure an inclusive development in accordance with the Core Strategy and Development Control Policies Development Plan Document Policy CP17. |
