1.The development to which this permission relates must be commenced not later than five years from the date of this permission. Reason:- To comply with the requirements of Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.This permission shall be for a limited period only expiring on 14/01/99 on or before which date the use hereby permitted shall be discontinued and the site reinstated to its former condition to the satisfaction of the Local Planning Authority. Reason: In order that the Local Planning Authority be able to monitor the impact of the extended operating hours and retain control over the premises.
3.The development hereby permitted shall not be carried out otherwise than in complete accordance with the approved plans, particulars and specifications. Reason:- The Local Planning Authority consider it essential that the whole of the development is carried out and that no departure whatsoever is made from the details approved, since the development would not necessarily be acceptable if partly carried out or carried out differently in any degree from the details submitted.
4.The premises shall not be open to the public for any use within A3 of the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) Order l987, other than between the hours of:- 0900 to 2230 Mondays to Thursdays 0900 to 2300 Fridays and Saturdays 1130 to 2200 Sundays, Bank and Public Holidays Reason- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control and to avoid disturbance to local residents.
5.INFORMATIVE: The applicant's attention is drawn to the above Condition (No.4) concerning permitted opening hours. The Council shall continue to monitor the premises with a view to ensuring that the opening hours stated above are not exceeded. Failure to comply with this condition could result in enforcement proceedings being taken against you.
